Do they need to be picked up and rearranged frequently due to get togethers? How long do you want to keep these pieces around? Color is easy to introduce to your outdoor space with these fun chairs (and they have so many great colors). Try mixing and matching a few of your favorite colors in the seating, tables, and occasional pieces.
Also consider the elements. Not all “patio” furniture is created equally and some do not hold up to elements as well as others. Not all cushions are rain through, and that is a major point of consideration if your furniture is directly exposed to rainfall. If you live at the coast, some metals will rust easier than others due to the salt water. Teak will fade overtime if it is directly exposed to the sun and rain.
